The Network is committed to producing authentic leadership through our transformational leadership and governance trainings, workshops, conference etc…to positively influence in leading, managing, administering, coordinating, implementing and operating high impact programs and projects in the church, government, business and private institution to provide high quality and world class service standard to improve quality of life.

The Organization remain focused to promoting responsible civic, moral and ethical habits and behaviours based on Christian faith, values and principles: to unify diversified languages, cultures and traditions in a nation of 1000 tribes and to work together resolutely to achieve the goals and objectives envisioned in the Vision 2050.

1. Christ-like, People Centered Servant Leadership

There is one thing that is missing in every levels of our society is HONESTY. You won’t find honest people these days. At PNGCPN we are slowly modelling honest leaders to positively influence the seven mountains of influence (Family, Education, Church, Government, Business, Media and Arts and Entertainment)
The core attributes of leadership we want to produce include Honest & Hardworking, Discipline, Loving, Giving and God-Fearing. If someone calls him/herself Christ-like servant leader, they must possess the above five attributes!

3. Networking

As an old saying “your network determines your net worth”. Network is very important for growth, efficiency and effectiveness. With network, you can get more done using less effort. There is another old saying “if you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far, go together”. Networking is about right connections, relationship and growth for maximum impact. As an organisation that strives to positively influence this nation, we cannot do it on our own. We need everyone in PNG to work together to see this nation transform. At PNGCPN, when we network; we empower our members, help them in their spiritual journey, assist our communities with the social needs, we create knowledge and information bank for our people to access to be informed. Together we can achieve the Nation’s 2050 vision.

2. Good Governance

There is a trend in PNG where we are not good stewards of small things. We want to bypass all proper channels for bigger things. We have a tendency of breaking set rules, systems and process to get what we want. Some set rules, systems and process are bypassed for a good cause but some for personal benefits which is affecting our country today. At PNGCPN we advocate good governance. We identify roles and responsibilities of individuals in every organisation especially in public sector and our communities. We help organisations understand the separation of powers, collaboration, partnership, efficiency and effectiveness. When we talk about good governance, the key attributes that PNGCPN promotes and instils in its members are stewardship, transparency and accountability, ethical and integrity, efficiency and effectiveness, rule of law and fairness. These are the five attributes one must possess when he/she is talking about good governance.
