It was established and incorporated to mobilize the graduates of the Tertiary Students Christian Fellowship (TSCF) all across the nation and abroad. On the 19th of April 2011, entity called the PNG TSCF Graduates Network Inc. was registered at the PNG Investment Promotions Authority (IPA) under the Associations Incorporation Act 1966. In 2013, PNG TSCFGN held its first Inaugural Annual General Meeting at Vision City’s Dynasty Restaurant where the founding Board of Directors were formally nominated and elected. From 2013 till 6th December 2019, the organization operated as PNG TSCFGN. However, on the 7th of December 2019, the name PNG TSCFGN formally changed to PNGCPN Inc.

On the same month the Corporate Plan 2020-2025 and operational plan 2020 were launched. The corporate plan is the medium term development plan for the PNG Christian Professional Network Inc.
