2. Minds Meet

“Minds Meet” is a program that PNGCPN organizes for incubating, nurturing and sharing knowledge: to develop specialized knowledge and practically apply the knowledge in specific socio-economic and business sectors to stimulate sustainable growth. There are three Minds Meet annual programs to be hosted in hosted in Port Moresby and eventually will reach other chapters. Mindsmeet (M2) is a platform established for intellectuals and professionals to discourse & dissect government policies and disseminate refined and up-to-date information trends in business, technology and sciences for nation building. We educate, inform and positively influence professionals from both private and public sectors through exchange of ideas, discourse on new trends, critique government policies and refine and present solutions or alternatives for the benefit of all and for the nation. We provide an avenue where issues are discussed and solutions created; inventors share their knowledges; successful people share their success stories or certain ideas, concepts and philosophies are discussed.

3. CPN Connect

CPN Connect is one of the monthly programs organized by PNGCPN Chapters. On the last Saturday of every month we organize programs where Professional families and Graduates including friends and partners come together to have fellowships, sharing, having coffee, get together as well as reaching out to our communities. In CPN Connect Professionals, graduates, friends and partners come together with their families to meet and greet, to get to know each other, forge relationship, building network and many more. We organize programs that target Godly, Christ Centered and value driven families that focuses on spiritual growth, wealth creation and impacting lives of others.

4. Leadership & Governance Trainings

There are two ways we raise Christ-Like Servant Leaders. One way is by actually practising honesty, discipline, hardworking stewardship at all levels of our societies and the other way is passing on the legacy to the next generation. This is done through Trainings, Mentoring and Coaching programs. There are a minimum of 4 trainings in a year. Coaching and mentoring programs are developed to raise young men and women in PNG.

5. Business Transformation Trainings

Most of our professionals in PNG still believe in getting an employment when they graduate from university. They believe in their fortnight salary more than the daily passive cash. One of our key areas is to help our members to be financially independent. Through this program we talk about business start-up, scaling-up, mentoring, coaching, back-office (compliance, tax, booking keeping), sales and marketing and many more to equip our members to compete in the real market. There are a minimum of 4 trainings in a year.

6. Each One Reach One

“The way to a man’s heart is through his stomach” This is one of the famous sayings. This is closely related to the scriptures Mathew 7:12 “Do to others whatever you would like them to do to you”; In order for us to reach out to people, we need to Give!

7. Blue Print Dinner

This is one of the major fundraising events for our Office. It is an annual event. Funds raised at the dinner are used to support the office. We also host a conference two days prior to the dinner.

8. Chairman's Breakfast

This breakfast is hosted by the PNGCPN chairman once a month. Invitation goes out to SME owners as well as CEOs and executives of Corporations. We also invite MDs and Secretaries of SOEs and Government departments. Speakers are sourced from local as well as international to speak on issues affecting the economy and the wellbeing of our people and the society.
